How we tested this: We ran a live HTTP check against all 105 URLs before publishing, not just a list of names an AI generated β€” one dead domain turned up and was swapped for a working one. A few well-known sites here (G2, SourceForge, Clutch) block automated checks and still returned an error in that test even though they're obviously real and live. Directories do shut down or move over time regardless; tell us if you find a genuinely dead one.

Submitting to a dozen low-authority directories in one week looks like link spam to search engines, not link building. Pick 3-4 that genuinely fit your product for launch week, then add a couple more per quarter.
